Who we are

ContractParser.ai is a product of GroveStreams LLC, a Minneapolis-based company that has been building and operating SaaS since 2011. GroveStreams' core product is a temporal intelligence platform trusted by 27,000+ accounts — from home hobbyists and small businesses to utilities, governments, universities, and Fortune 100 companies — to store and reason across time-series data at scale.

We built ContractParser because we saw the same pattern in our own work and in customer conversations: every business ends up with a pile of contracts — vendor agreements, leases, service contracts, NDAs — and nobody has a reliable way to extract the few pieces of information that actually matter. Most of what's on the market is either too heavy (full-blown Contract Lifecycle Management platforms that take months to deploy) or too rigid (fixed-schema parsers that can't handle the contracts you actually have).

What we built

ContractParser is deliberately simple:

• Drop documents in, pick the fields you want, get a CSV. No account needed, no configuration up front.
• Pay only for pages that were successfully analyzed. If our AI can't read a document, you're not charged for it.
• Your uploaded documents are deleted within 2 hours. Extracted results are deleted within 24 hours. We never use your data to train AI.
• For high-stakes review, our Verified tier runs a second AI pass that audits every field and flags inconsistencies — something no contract-parsing competitor does.

Infrastructure and data handling

We run on dedicated bare-metal servers in US data centers. Payments are handled by Stripe (we never see your card data). AI analysis is performed by a commercial large-language-model provider under contract terms that prohibit training on customer data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
